Parents,
     If you think you may be interested in enrolling your child at Holy Trinity School, please feel free to contact Principal Noll at 740-743-1324 to answer any of your questions and discuss what we have to offer your family.  We would love to show you our school and set up a tour for you and your child.    

TUITION

98% of our families recive some form of a scholarship or multiple scholarships, with 86% of our families receiving a full ride scholarship that covers 100% of your child's tuition.  Contact Principal Noll to determine what scholarships you may qualify for so we can determine your final tuition cost (if any.)

REGISTERED FAMILIES LOGGING INTO FACTS FAMILY PORTAL

1.) Login to your FACTS Family Portal (this is the same username and password that you used to enroll your child) to get to the Family Portal go to this website https://factsmgt.com/   THE DISTRICT CODE IS HT-OH

2.) Once you have logged on you will come to a screen that says Holy Trinity and there will be a list of topics down the Left hand side. Click on Financial, 3 boxes will appear.  The first box says Prepay accounts you will click add funds here for Cafeteria.  We ask that you at LEAST add $20 to your account. Once you get down to $5.00 you will be notified to add more money. 

3.)The second box has to do with incidental billing (Latchkey and Preschool)  and Tuition. Click make payment to make payment on you Latchkey, preschool and tuition. This is not a PREPAY account.

4.)The third box is NOW where you can go into your actual Tuition account, Apply for Grant and Financial Aid (This is NOT Ed Choice)

5.) Feel free to look at all the topics on the left hand side of the Family Portal. You will be able to see lunch menu, Calendar and other neat things.

Edchoice Expansion scholarship is available to any family K-8 that is income eligible. Traditional Edchoice is available to those who live in a failing school district. Please call the school if you have any questions.

Tuition assistance is available through the Diocese of Columbus. 

Families can also apply for local tuition assistance by writing a letter addressed to the Holy Trinity School Tuition Assistance Committee. This letter can be sent to the school or parish office. It should state the reason tuition assistance will be needed and the amount that is being requested. All requests for tuition assistance are kept confidential. Holy Trinity School is an approved Ed Choice Expansion Scholarship provider. These scholarships, for grades k-8, will pay full tuition costs for children in these grades whose families who meet the income qualifications.
